SML Capital is the trading name of SIDDCO MANAGEMENT LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 10233056) with its place of business in London, United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean SIDDCO MANAGEMENT LTD trading as SML Capital.

We act as a brokerage and introductions firm. Our role is to introduce buyers, sellers and capital providers and to facilitate communication between them. We do not provide investment advice, legal advice, tax advice or accounting advice, and nothing on this website should be construed as such.
3. Regulatory status
Activities are conducted in accordance with applicable UK financial services regulation. Aman Siddiqui holds FCA Individual Reference Number AXS01850. Our services are intended for professional clients and eligible counterparties, and are not directed at retail clients.
